一 |     울산지법, 전자장치 부착법 위반 혐의 70대 남성에 징역 8개월 선고2030년까지 음주·야간외출 금지 명령…측정 거부 과정서 보호관찰관 부상재판부 “준수사항 상습 위반해 처벌 전력 다수…실형 불가피”                   울산지방법원성범죄로 징역형을 복역하고 출소한 뒤 법원의 준수사항 명령을 어기고 보호관찰관의 음주 측정을 거부한 70대 남성이 다시 실형을 선고받았다.울산지법 형사4단독 임정윤 부장판사는 전자장치 부착 등에 관한 법률 위반 혐의로 기소된 70대 A씨에게 징역 8개월을 선고했다고 26일 밝혔다.A씨는 2019년 장애인 강제추행 혐의로 징역 3년을 복역한 뒤 2021년 출소했다. 출소 당시 법원으로부터 2030년까지 위치추적 전자장치(전자발찌) 부착을 비롯해 혈중알코올농도 0.05% 이상 음주 금지, 보호관찰관의 음주 측정 지시 순응 등의 준수사항을 부과받았다.하지만 A씨는 올해 2월 중순 야간에 울산 남구의 한 식당 앞 도로에서 울산보호관찰소 소속 보호관찰관이 음주 측정을 요구하자 이에 응하지 않았다. A씨는 측정기에 호흡을 짧게 불어넣고 곧바로 입을 떼는 수법으로 총 3차례에 걸쳐 음주 측정을 방해 및 거부했다. 이 과정에서 단속 업무를 수행하던 보호관찰관이 다치기도 했다.재판부는 “피고인은 과거에도 보호관찰 준수사항 위반으로 여러 차례 처벌받은 전력이 있음에도 또다시 범행을 저질렀다”며 “측정 거부 과정에서 담당 보호관찰관이 상해를 입은 점 등을 고려할 때 실형 선고가 불가피하다”고 양형 이유를 밝혔다.。    It's known that, on Tuesday, actor Ram Charan injured himself on the sets of his upcoming pan-Indian movie, Peddi. Since the incident took place in Hyderabad, the Rangasthalam star could promptly consult a specialist at short notice. Earlier, the makers of Peddi gave an update saying that the hero was doing "absolutely fine". They added, "He had a minor injury to the left eye on the sets, and there was a small procedure done."          Peddi likely getting postponed?     According to the latest buzz, Peddi may not hit the screens on April 30. A postponement is likely on the cards, if the industry talk is anything to go by. Earlier today, Prathyangira Cinemas (Peddi's overseas distributor) postponed the rollout of Peddi's advance bookings from March 27 to April 8. It's speculated that this wouldn't have happened had the theatrical release date remained unchanged. Originally, Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, was earlier supposed to be released on March 26. It was moved to April 30 due to Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar 2. And now, another postponement will upset Ram Charan's fans.
